【酒知识】巴戟天酒的自制方法2

来源于《千金要方》,该酒强肝益肾,补虚兴阳。巴戟天味辛甘性温, 人肝、肾二经,《神农本草经》列为上品, 称其“主大风邪气,阳痿不起,强筋骨, 安五脏,补中增志益气”。《本草经疏》称“巴戟天性能补助元阳,而兼散邪”。《本草求真》认为巴戟天“为补肾要剂,能补五劳七伤,强阴益精”。方中干地黄,古人认为“ 乃补肾家之要药,益阴血之上品”。牛膝补益肝肾,强筋壮骨,引诸药下行,二者相配则滋精养血之功益彰。枸杞根即地骨皮,《本草纲目》中说:“枸杞之滋益不独子,而根亦不止于退热而已。……根乃地骨,甘淡而寒,下焦肝肾虚者宜之”。麦冬清心益肺,强阴益精。防风散肝疏脾,以防其滋腻之弊。
