描述目标


Specific: To be specific means to be precise and clear. Specific goals clearly define what you want to accomplish. If something is specific, it’s not general or vague.
具体的：具体的意味着是准确的和清晰的。具体的目标清晰地描述你想完成什么。如果某件事情是具体的，它不是笼统的或者模糊的。

Achievable: If something is achievable, it can be reached or accomplished. For a goal to be achievable, you need to have the resources to complete it.
可做到的：如果某件事是可做到的，它是能达到的或者完成的。对于可做到的目标，你需要有资源去完成它。

Quantitative: If something is quantitative, it can be measured by objective standards or metrics. A quantitative goal may be measured by statistics, data or percentages.
定量的：如果某件事情是定量的，它是能被客观标准或者指标来衡量的。一个定量的目标是可以被统计，数据或者百分数来衡量的。

Qualitative: A qualitative goal is measured subjectively and indirectly. Improving customer satisfaction is an example of qualitative goal. You can turn a qualitative goal into a quantitative goal by using metrics, such as data or percentages.
定性的：一个定性的目标能被主观和间接测量的。提升顾客满意度是一个定性的目标。你可以通过使用指标，比如数据或者百分数，把一个定性的目标转换成一个定量的目标。
