不知为何，近日的这些朗读总让我有种有心无力之感，有时稍微快一些就发现自己好像在放水；慢一些又觉得自己没进步。

练习感悟：

一到春节，还碰上非常时期，感觉天天都是这样颓废。除了自己天天在练之外，周围简直比我以前还乱，还无序。可能以前也是这样，只是我以前从未注意过。总之，坚持自己每天要做的事情，这也是我必须做到的事。
