训练感想：今儿是新年第一天，很有意义，又把自己在家关了一天，学习，做饭，学习，把整个晨读的的东西复习了一遍，把已经学习的音标复习了一遍，把今儿新概念的任务结束了，并且把明天的任务也提前做了，其实今天几乎没有睡午觉，所以下去昏昏沉沉的，整个人是抗拒读的，但是还是读了，最近的感受是真的很大程度治好了我的拖延症，当这些任务不得不去完成时，就会动用一切能够利用的时间进行工作和学习，进行注意力的转移，将注意力由平时猎奇的，无聊的八卦，微信朋友圈等碎片化的场景中抽离出来，更过的专注于现有的事情中，要继续平静心态，只争朝夕，持续行动！
