How is Skywire gonna be used by people? Will it appear on devices as a WiFi network?

Synth：

1. will appear as just box you plug ethernet cable into and you wont know your using it

2. box can expose wifi functionality to connect via wifi

3. can run as "Vpn" type app on computer in software (but hardware is preferred/safer)
