Learn.Share.Grow— How Great Lead

From this TED talk:how great leaders inspire action.I want to share two things:

One is that the greatest inspirational leaders should be Jesus Christ.If you read the bible,you will know what I mean.

Second is a few paragraphs from the speech:

people don't buy what you do;they buy why you do it.The goal is not to do business with everybody who needs what you have.The goal is to do business with people who believe what you believe.And it's those who start with"why"that have the ability to inspire those around them or find others who inspire them.

I think this rule applies to any industry,especially education.
