喜欢团队工作还是自己工作

I am equally enjoy working as a member of a team or independently. Working on my own will be very pleasant. It can show my ability to solve problems and my confidence in finishing the task. Besides, I don't need constant suggestion from others. I believe that I can deal with problems on my own. Of course, if I have to work as a member of a team, I think I have the ability to cooperate with others; we will also finish the task excellently together as a team.

I am good at self-study and I have great team spirit.

I like working in a team, because I can learn from my fellow workers, get help from them when I'm under pressure. And the most important thing is: I can learn to communicate with all sorts of people.

I prefer to work on my own. In a team, you often have to give up some individuality in order for the team to function as a whole. It doesn't allow you to have independent thinking. And as group decision-making usually takes longer time, working in a team is not necessarily efficient.
