1、红枣馅:干红枣250克,蒸锅蒸熟。放搅拌机里加少量水打碎。用不粘锅依次加熟糯米粉50克、红糖20克、玉米油20克炒至粘稠,凉凉备用。

2、酥饼皮:130克黄油软化,加细砂糖30克、盐2克用打蛋器打至蓬松状态,在分两次加入1个鸡蛋液,打至蓬松,筛入200克中筋面粉,翻拌均匀。

3、面团非常软且粘手,需要准备一张油纸,面团用手轻轻搓成长条压扁,用擀面杖隔着油纸擀成薄片。红枣馅搓成长条,放在面团上。轻轻包裹好,借助寿司帘子搓圆。

4、将面团放冰箱里冷冻半个小时左右,黄油变硬后就好切了。取出来后在表面刷一层全蛋液,然后撒上黑芝麻,切成小段。

5、烤箱预热到160℃,热风烤15分钟左右,边烤边看,表面成为金黄色就可以出炉。
