足少阳胆经之足窍阴穴 GB-44 井穴-金

Feature:

Jing - well and Metal point of the Gall Bladder channel.

穴位特点：五腧穴之井穴（五行属金）

Location:

On the dorsal aspect of the 4th toe, and the junction of lines drawn along the lateral border of the nail and the base of the nail, approximately 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail.

Needling:

Perpendicular or oblique insertion directed proximally 0.1 to 0.2 cun, or prick to bleed.

Actions:

1. Clears heat and benefits the head (清热利头)

2. Benefits the chest and lateral costal region (利胸胁)

3. Calms the spirit (安神)

Indications:

1. Headache, headache with agitation, stabbing pain of the head, dizziness, sudden deafness, tinnitus, redness swelling and pain of the eyes, pain of the outer canthus, throat painful obstruction, stiffness of the tongue or curled tongue with dry mouth, stiffness of the tongue with inability to speak.

头痛，头痛心烦。头部钝痛，眩晕，突然耳聋，耳鸣，目赤肿痛，目外眦疼痛，咽痛闭塞，舌强，舌卷口干，舌强不能言。

2. Pain of the lateral costal region, pain of the lateral costal region with cough and inability to catch the breath.

胁肋疼痛，胁肋疼痛伴随咳嗽，喘息不得续接。

3. Nightmares, insomnia, somnolence, agitation and heat of the hands and feet.

噩梦，失眠，嗜睡，手足烦热。

4. Irregular menstruation, febrile disease, absence of sweating.

月经不调，热证，汗证

5. Contracted sinews, contraction of the sinews of the four limbs, inability to raise the elbow.

肌肉痉挛，四肢挛急，手肘无法抬起。

辨析：

足窍阴：其在阳经却名之为阴，盖阳经末穴，皆取名阴象，以其下接于阴经。此穴与头窍阴所治症大致相同。

足窍阴经常被用于治疗胆火上冲于头，或风热之邪侵扰头部。其临床症状为：头痛，烦躁，眩晕，突然耳聋，耳鸣，目赤肿痛，咽痛。

《难经》说：“井主心下满”。足窍阴（GB-44）主要用于治疗胁肋疼痛伴随咳嗽，喘息不得续接。

胆经之经别，入季胁之间，循胸里，属胆，散之肝，上贯心。由此可知其与心相连通。木为火之母。胆火很容易上入于心，从而扰乱心神，因此足窍阴是很有效的安神穴，和厉兑（ST-45），隐白（Sp-1）一样足窍阴（GB-44）也可以用来治疗睡眠问题，包括失眠和噩梦。
