ios调用通讯录以及选择联系人列表方法

先把Demo双手奉上我是Demo传送门
首先在info.plist里面添加读取通讯录的权限
通讯录权限： Privacy - Contacts Usage Description 是否允许此App访问你的通讯录？
然后再写一个宏判断系统版本,这样可以根据 ios9 来判断使用哪一种系统框架
