Not tied down by habit
For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ---2Peter1:8
We know when the habits begin to form. Many a time we feel that we have advanced in virtue, patience, and piety, but this is only the beginning of life. But if you remain in this position, you will be arrogant and arrogant in spirit. The right thing to do is to integrate the habits into the life of the Lord until each habit is no longer self-conscious. The spiritual life requires constant introspection because there are still many qualities to be added. In the end, the relationship with the Lord is very simple.
God may just be your set of habits, praying and reading your bible at a set time. If you worship these habits, rather than the symbolic meaning of habits. –“I am busy now. I’m praying. It’s time for me to get closer to God.” Father may turn those times upside down. This is just the time you get used to, you still lack some qualities. Find faults and practice the qualities you need to add.
Love is not a habit, but to forget the habit of the point, to reach the unconscious condition. If you know yourself to be holy, there must be things which you do not think possible, and in some relations, you are not pure enough, which means you have qualities to add. Only the life of Jesus is the superhuman life, he is always with God, there is no separation. Are there any gaps between you and God that you cannot connect with him? Let God put pressure on you in that special situation until you have him. Then your life will be as simple as a baby.
Dear God, explain unto us the truth, that we may understand it, and that we may be strong in Christ.
