Better to Sleep Early

Today is the third day that I got involved into the internship in NIO, these days I learned a lot of things and got so much energy from the on-site working experience. You  know I bought a electronic bicycle and every morning I can ride it to the office. Though it’s summer, the weather is hot but along the whole way I can enjoy the wind, the beautiful sky and also the hot weather, it’s still a very good journey from my home to the office. Everything is good for me but there is one thing I think I must take action to you make it better, that is to sleep early.

I don’t know why I cannot control myself to go to sleep early every night. I just want to play my smart phone such as browsing some websites, watching some useless videos, those are something to waste the time and to entertain myself for that moment but I cannot get any nutrition from all those actions, but I kept doing it, which causes I stay up and couldn’t get enough sleeping hours during the night. For the past four days, I slept maybe 6.5 hours on average every night and in the daytime I cannot take a nap at noon because the break at noon is very short, after I took the lunch, I cannot get enough time to sleep a little, if I don’t take action to go to sleep earlier right now, I think in the near future, some problems of my own body will emerge, so here I think the most important thing for me to do is to go to sleep early, and the steps would be first turn off the light, second put down my phone, the third is to open my kindle to read electronic books to calm  down myself and then to try my best to go to sleep as early as possible.
