Day152: Meditation

Today I really wanna talk about meditation, which I keep doing it in the past several months but didn't do it for recently days due to I got difficulties in getting up early in the morning, I am trying to consider some ways to revise it and believe it's going to be well soon.

Meditation is a good way to calm you down cus it pushes yourself in a quiet status everytime if closing your eyes. When closing your eyes you are staying with your minds, thoughts, your moods, your tears etc. You could feel everything around you except someone disturbs you.

I encourage you to do meditation for everyday's morning so you could have a better mind as a reward. I indeed did it before and I felt so cool about myself.

And I know I am walking to the road of  peak. So try to do it I promise you will get lots of benefits in your future life.
