Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grape. Yeast(酵母) consumes the sugar in the grapes and converts it to ethanol(乙醇)and carbon dioxide.

红酒是以鲜葡萄为原料,经过发酵酿制而成的酒精饮品。葡萄里的糖份,在酵母的作用下,将糖转化为酒精,发酵过程中还会产生二氧化碳和热量。

葡萄酒酿造公式: 糖+酵母=酒精+二氧化碳+热量

Different varies of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine.

不同种类的葡萄和酵母种类产生出不同类型的红酒。

A: Colour: Red White Rose

颜色: 红葡萄酒,白葡萄酒,粉红葡萄酒

B: Sugar Content: Dry  semi-dry semi-sweet  sweet

糖含量: 干红 半干 半甜 甜葡萄酒

Dry red wine is the kind of wine that produced by red wine grapes and contents no more than 4g/L of sugar.
