Day Eight: The spirit

Day eight, I don't have a certain valuable topic.

The people who pursue the top number one and excellent one must get a very good answer in their heart. Only those people have the correct value and view can be the top.

They always have a very straight forward and a strong goal to know where to go and learn further. Life for them is meaningful and be driven without regret, even hesitate.

However, now I know deeply. For meeting the life purpose and helping more others, we should have a better and healthy body, mind and thoughts. So we can start doing something bigger than ourselves.

Our thoughts guide our behaviour and our behaviour for supporting our mind then fulfil our life.

The spirit is the core.
