用PLSQL连接数据库时提示：

【PL/SQL】ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified

环境：Windows 10 Pro
数据库：Oracle Instant Client
解决方法：配置好ora文件，注意ora文件中的缩进使用tab而不是空格
