可以修改pom.xml

    <maven.test.skip>true</maven.test.skip>
</properties>

也可以改maven-surefire-plugin的配置

    <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
    <artifactId>maven-surefire-plugin</artifactId>
    <configuration>
        <skip>true</skip>
    </configuration>
</plugin>
