自制香蕉巧克力麦芬

用料:
低筋面粉100克、泡打粉1克、玉米油60克、白砂糖60克、鸡蛋3只(100克蛋液)、香蕉泥150克、黑巧克力50克、半只香蕉切5mm厚的薄片、枸杞少许。

做法:
1.低筋面粉、泡打粉,提前混合均匀过筛;

2.玉米油、白砂糖、鸡蛋一起拌匀至糖融化;

3.巧克力切丁、香蕉打成泥状

4.以上1和2混合一起稍微拌一拌(无需过度),再加入香蕉泥、黑巧克丁力拌匀即可;

5.入模,上面摆一片香蕉。烤箱预热180度,20分钟。出炉后稍微凉下脱模。
