下载起来毫无问题所以导致后面的报错让我一脸懵逼

然后报错

Error in open.connection(file, "rt") :    schannel: failed to receive handshake, SSL/TLS connection 
以及
Could not resolve host: raw.githubusercontent.com

查了下应该是DNS污染的问题

解决：

先在这里查询一下地址
https://www.ipaddress.com/
查到raw.githubusercontent.com的IP是199.232.96.133
打开win10命令提示符，输入

cd C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
notepad hosts

修改host文件
添加

199.232.96.133 raw.githubusercontent.com

重新运行Rstudio
