这本书的名声很大,大家的评价也很高。可谓是经典中的经典。其实以前也翻了翻,不过有点看不进去。不过,下面这个导图倒是一直存在我的手机里。

作者对读书的艺术的定义如下:

大意是通过自身的努力,并且需要一些技巧,来增强理解力。

作者说读书有3个目的:获取知识,理解力,娱乐。并且讲了这3个目的的区别。提出读书要读拔高一些的,能让自己真正有所提升的,而不是干瘪瘪的新闻,杂志类信息。类似于i+1方法。

文章确实有些啰嗦,有些话都在重复。有时想想,这类工具类的书,直接读中文不是更爽快,更能学到想学的东西。
不过,从学点儿英文的角度,读原版未尝不是件好事。

书里说instruction=aided discovery. 确实,读书学习这回事,老师只能起个引子作用,接下的路还得自己走。知识要自己去吸收、内化、成长。
