Success: Working out. Prayed. less food.

Failure: overslept.

Review: need to go to sleep earlier. 

Correction:  Build Habits: Do the hardest things. delayed gratification. Chew slowly. Perfume when going out. Boost metabolism: exercise, eat breakfast, eat chili, where the temperature is hot. Go to bed one day earlier and write down the documents you will take out tomorrow. Hint yourself to develop a habit every day. Learn to dance and exercise. Learn to meditate.

Pray: I am very thankful for the dinner Sister weihong invited me and I wish I can be more useful to God. Lord, please help me to build a young people group in the church.
