规律间隔成簇短回文重复序列 (Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats, CRISPR)是细菌,古菌抵抗细菌的适应性免疫系统的重要组成部分。细菌利用记录在CRISPR间的病毒Spacers,快速识别入侵病毒,激活Cas蛋白切割病毒DNA保护自己。收罗了一些有关CRISPR/Spacer/Cas预测的方法。
