朴新教育创始人沙云龙演讲全文（双语）
女士们，先生们，大家早上好，
Good morning, ladies and gentleman,
今天对朴新来说，是继往开来的日子，人生是由回忆组成的，而不是由会议组成的。过去我们有很多美好的回忆，希望这次会议，也能成为值得我们珍藏的回忆之一。
To Pu Xin, it is a day when she learns from the past and prepare for the future. Life is made up of memories, not meetings. We had many nice memories of the past, and I hope this meeting can be one of the valuable memories.
知识改变命运，学习成就未来。
Knowledge changes destiny. Learning makes the future come true.
我们可以知道一颗苹果，有多少粒种子，但是，不知道一粒种子，能结出多少颗苹果，这就是教育的魅力所在。
We can know how many seeds an apple has. However, we can't know how many apples can a seed bear, which is the charm of education.
我们要感谢我们的学员和家长，感谢所有机构的创始人和教职员工，感谢我们的投资人，感谢同业机构，感谢朋友和家人，感谢所有帮助我们进步，鼓励我们奋起的人。
I should thank my students and the parents, the founders of all the organizations, teachers, the investors, the educational organizations of the same kind, friends and family, and all the people who improve and encourage us.
在过去的几年，我们付出了巨大努力，做出了很多牺牲，经历了重大挑战，克服了大量困难，也取得了一定的成果，有了令人欣慰的成长。
We have made great effort and sacrifice in the past few years. We also have gone through significant challenge and overcome much difficulty.As a result, we made great achievement and progress.
使人成熟的不是岁月，而是经历，让人成长的不是时间，而是事件。我们没有虚度光阴，巨大的事业挑战是最好的成长良机。
What makes people mature is not years but experiences. What improves us is not time but matters. We didn't waste time, and the massive challenges of career are the best opportunities of improving.
运气是干出来的，福气是忍出来的。
It is from action that luck comes. It is from the patience that blessing comes.
过去的几年，我们保持了足够的韧性，所以，一切经历都是一种成熟，任何挫折都是一种进步，所有变化都是一种更新，全部痛苦都是一种财富，曾经的忍耐都是一种幸福。
In the past few years, we keep enough persistence, so all the experiences are maturity, and all the setbacks are progress, and all the changes are updating, and all the pains are wealth, and all the patience is a kind of happiness.
人的价值，和他所承受的痛苦成正比。我们苦中作乐，以苦为乐，苦就是乐。
The value of a human being is in proportion to the pains he or she has suffered. We gets happiness from pains. And we regard the pains as happiness, and the pains are happiness.
我们知道，付出就是回报，奉献就是得到。
We know that we get reward from giving and we benefit from sacrificing.
我们知道，目的只是手段，过程才是目的。
We know that purposes are just methouds, and the process is the purpose.
我们知道，耕耘不仅是为了收获，耕耘本身就是收获。
We know that we work not just for harvest, work itself is harvest.
其实人跟树一样，越是向往高处的阳光，它的根就越要伸向暗黑的地底。既要仰望星空，也要脚踏实地。
Human beings are just like trees, the higher the Sun expected by us is, the deeper the root should explore in earth. Not only should we appreciate the sky full of stars, but also we should walk on the solid ground step by step.
从善如登，君子有恒。
Being kind is as difficult as clambing the mountains, and the gentleman is always persevering.
坐而论道的人，永远不会跌倒。
The person who always talks without standing up will never fall down.
我们不争论而是攀登，争论有时会让我们在山底流连忘返。
We do not argue but take action, because arguement sometimes may leave us at the foot of mountain.
有时攀登得越高，在那些尚未攀登的人眼中的形象却越是渺小，但我们仍然要坚持向上。因为，迈向顶点的努力，足以让人心满意足。
Sometimes the higher we are on the mountain, the smaller we are in the eyes of whom haven't clambed the mountain. However, we should keep on moving forward, for the effort we take is satisfing enough.
人不因其输赢成就其伟大，而因其选择成就其伟大。
Human beings' greatness is not in the results, but in the choices.
战略就是投入今天的资源，实现明天的希望。所以面对未来，我们要继续做出正确的选择，以终为始，长期投入，延迟满足。
THe strategy is using today's sources to realize tomorrow's hope. So we should continually make right choices, regard the end as the beginning, make a long-term investment.
我们不是因为改变而知道，而是因为知道而改变。
We don't know it because of change, and we change because of knowing it.
我们不是因为做到才相信，而是因为相信才做到。
We don't believe it because of managing to do it, instead we managing to do it because of belief.
我们不仅要知道，还要能做到。不仅要做到，而且要做好。
We should not only know it but also do it, and we not only should do it but also do it well.
行者常至，为者常成。
The travellers arrive frequently, and the doers always succeed.
未来不是眼光，而是行动；
We arrive at future by action rather than insight.
机会不是理念，而是魄力；
The drive canbring opportunities rather than the theory.
成长不是等待，而是奋力前行。
We grow up not through waiting but struggling forward.
功崇惟志，业广惟勤；敦兮若朴，敝而新成。
Great achievements are only achieved by willingness. A big carrer is achieved by hard working. Being naturally simple. Being guided by the law, so we will succeed.
只有投入才能感动投入，只有专业可以赢得专业，只有成长能够陪伴成长。
Only the giving will lead to giving. Only profession will win back profession. Only growth can accompany growth.
