DeviceLinkThroughputLimit 相机吞吐量

DeviceLinkThroughputLimit相机吞吐量是决定采集频率上限的一个重要参数。灰点相机号称70甚至100+的采集频率，但是只是在mono或者bayer下的数值。rgb8下是不行的。

DeviceLinkThroughputLimit =  Width ×  Height × FrameRate × BytesPerPixel

比如相机BFS-U3-51S5C输出RGB8，380000000 / 2448 / 2048 / 3 = 25，所以它不可能超过25fps。
