今天在家学着给两孙子做点饼干当零食,第一次做,试着来。
原料:
低筋面粉110g;奶粉20克;酵母1克;芝麻10克;黄油20g,鸡蛋1个。如大人吃,过加10克左右白砂糖。

做法:
1、将所有原料放盆里揉成面团,静置1小时以上;

2、揉面、排气、擀成薄饼;

3、用瓶盖(没模具)将薄饼压成小圆饼;

4、用叉子在小饼上戳些小孔,以便受热均匀;

5、放入空气炸锅190⁰c,二十分钟,中间停了一下,翻了一个面;

20分钟后准备出锅,这颜色不错。

6、出锅,

凉了一尝还真有饼干的样,酥松(因揉面加了黄油和鸡蛋)、脆、有点芝麻,所以还有点香。要是大人吃,加点糖或盐有味儿更好吃,宝宝吃暂时不加了。
