20200721, A great success. A milestone in public speaking training. Even adults are fully engaged in the discussion. 

People do like to talk and share, regardless of their age.

course plan: 

1. what's the challenges

2. PREP

3. impromptu speech

4. SOP

Shining points: 

1. Full interactive

2. demo PREP, be the first to select a topic

3. instant evaluation of the TT

4. SOP was well facilitated and discussed

5. audiences have sufficient time to practice and experience

6. all audiences learn sth and take away. a well executed wrap up session! 

Area for improvement: 

1. the questions from audiences were not stored. What a big pity!

2. Time was 100 minutes, exceeding 40 min than planned. too much time spent in the first part. 

3. Always remember to promote my business. 

Thoughts: 

1. Reaction for the first part could be very different in different audiences

2. like the SOP part design. it is not teaching, it is evoking.
