2019/07/13 and 2019/07/14

The weather was extremely hot.

08:20 to 10:20

I did observation and assisting.

We had 18 players and  i worked with 12.

1/Warmup~We did ball skills and dribbling.

2/Technical Drills~We did ball control skills and foot over the ball.

Summary Session for

3/We played a 4v4 match where the players tried some of the skills learnt.

We had 20 players and devided the class and we worked with 14 players.

1/Warmup~We did running with the ball using both feet.

Summary Session for

2/Technical Drills~We did a continuation of of ball control skills using both feet and also using under the feet to roll the ball sideways.The content enables players to use different parts of the feet and to be under control of the ball when in possession.

3/We played 4v4 knockouts games and the players were competitive.
