生孩子，had a baby，用过去时had

He was born at 1:15 yesterday morning.

出生，was born，at后加具体时间点

The baby’s parents were born in 1986.

出生，was born，in后加年份

He weighed 3 kilograms.

体重，称重，动词weigh的过去时

They are going to call him John – after John, his grandfather.

叫他John, call him John

after, 以...命名

His grandfather’s birthday is June 16th too – but he was born in 1957!

不能用got替代had

He/ She was born [NOT He/ She born or He/ She is born].

was born 注意时态和语态
