Today is the Cosmic Red Moon.

It represents purification, healing, flow.

Today’s sharing: It seems that we have been talking about emotions today. We have so much emotion like Joy, Anger, Disgust, Boredom, Fear, Trust, Sadness, and Surprise…..We are unable to eliminate such

emotions. Instead of trying to struggle with it, we can feel it, acknowledge it and identify it. Today is a good day for us to make friends with our emotions.

Today’s advice: try to connect with our inner children, try to talk with them to understand to understand their needs, try to embrace them.
