After the tea leaves are picked, they should be dried first. When the tea leaves are soft, we can start to stir the tea. Our tea is made by hand, without any machine. The tools for making tea are a stove and a cauldran. Moderate heat should not be too high or too low. If the heat is too high, the tea will burn off, and if it is too low, it will not be good to saute the tea. In the process of stiring the tea, the tea leaves should be constantly rolled to shape. When the tea leaves are Fried and shaped, they can be sold after drying, sorting and packaging.
My family's handmade teaEvery year our family's tea is divided into three parts: one part send for friends and relatives as a gift, one part for sale and one part for our own drinking. Of course, the gift and the sale are the better tea, and the tea for our own drinking is a bit less. Our family can sell more than 3,000 yuan worth of tea every year. There is no special technology, no superior tea, people simply like this purely natural thing.
