Flutter fluwx 微信支付与amap_base 所需g

这是告诉你当前支持的是1.1.0，而项目中运行的是1.2.0
解决手顺：

在解决 fluwx：2.4.2 与amap_base：0.3.5(高德地图)俩个插件所需gradle支持版本冲突

 fluwx 最低所需 ext.kotlin_version = '1.4.10'，所以 gradle版本.得是最低支持5.3
