胸锁乳突肌,
在耳朵后方出发,连接耳朵 和 锁骨;

肩峰:也就是锁骨翻折的地方,连接了 后面的肩胛骨;

其他腹肌就 接着【回收】的位置开始,有意识 画成六边形,并且 中间留有空隙;

腹肌不用画的太清楚,有意识的画入 阴影比较好;三角肌,要有意识的画出 绕到脊背 后面的地方

然后是 阴影部分;要有意识的 表现出 肌肉的鼓胀 和 厚度;这是很重要的。⚠️
画腹肌 的阴影 主要以 旁侧和中间的 沟壑为主;
肱二头肌的发力部分,和三角肌 ,小臂的分界处,胸大肌 和三角肌的边缘 也要画上阴影;
想要画出 前锯肌的立体感时,用橡皮擦 擦掉阴影后,画出 光线 照射的感觉;
