Somebody is going to leave

A friend of mine, a British guy , is about to leave on next Wednesday.

He is really a good man. And he used to ask me out for a date, but I refused him that time.

But recently, when I finally realized that he is really about to go, I was anxious . We'll never see each other again.

He asked me: how long do you think you'll stay here in this city? And Then he told me: hey it's a big world out there, just go explore it!

I guess I just lost my courage
