Today's Friday and sunny，it's also the last day of the quality management system audit in company。however，from 8：00～9：00 this morning，i was dealing with customer companies about the wrong number of sub-components in HWK308Q，

Action as follow：

1.Informing IQC inspector to isolate 1550 pcs HWK308Q and finish SCAR，i sent the SCAR to the supplier by email and required the supplier to submit 8D report before the end of work next Monday.

2.there were 381sets finished products using HWK308Q in warehouse according to the investigation of the finished product warehouse staff，these products also need to to be confirmed again，the production department will send two operators for rework tomorrow and the IQC inspector s will confirm the rework effect.

Today we mainly reviewed the production process，next Monday I will summarize the problems to this review and send them to gaoxia.
