Fluent Terminal使用Anaconda，提示Cond

Windows下，使用Fluent Terminal允许Anaconda更新或者安装，提示CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED

问题一：

使用conda update conda 或者conda install ***，提示：

Collecting package metadata: failed

CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url <https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/noarch/repodata.json>
Elapsed: -

An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL.
HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.

逻辑上遇到这个问题，解法都是：

1. 换源
2. 使用原生python
3. 使用Anaconda Prompt

实际上发现细节提示：

Collecting package metadata: failed

和

SSLError(MaxRetryError('HTTPSConnectionPool(host=\'mirrors.ustc.edu.cn\', port=443)

猜测跟ssl相关，尝试使用pip install openssl，出现

问题二：

pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

尝试使用：scoop install openssl，安装成功！
再尝试：pip install pyopenssl，提示：Requirement already satisfied: *************
最后试一下：conda update conda，提示：

WARNING: The conda.compat module is deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
Collecting package metadata: done
Solving environment: done

# All requested packages already installed.

成功！
