信任感的建立：

今天Laura 给我分享了信任感的建立过程：

- 对细节的注重

- 第一印象

    - 别人对你的估值绝大部分体现在第一印象里边

    - 尤其注重首次的感觉

    - 比如PT 上面创建故事， 创建的太少，但是时间预定的太多，就容易产生不信任感。

关于和竞争对手交涉：

交接中： 如果遇到发过来我们不懂的问题， 可以先咨询一下我方的技术人员,有一个大概的推测之后再去向对方咨询。

If I prepare enough, naturally good things could fall on me.

Boss has higher expectations on me speaking English and I should really use my advantages.

Three things  Laura wants me to work on:

- I need to proactively report work to Laura if I feel things could go wrong.

- Be confident enough to act right. The reason that I can be confident enough is because I prepare enough.

- Be logical enough to make the right sentences.
