2016.11.16 this is the life

Nowadays many friends are avoiding me how they don't like their current work. Carefully weighing in my mind, I think this phenomenon is caused by the following reasons.
At the first, they didn't exchange roles from students to employees, as far as I am concerned, is the main reason for them when they graduate. Up to now, some friends have never clearly realised that what a person learns in college is, knowledges which takes time to gain experience.
Meanwhile, to improve skills are significant because the current social is a fast-paced society in which the knowledge update speedily and the information develops rapidly. They need to gain more skills to improve competition with the experienced workers who have more skills and abilities.
Taking into account all these factors, the greenbirds should always adapt themselves to the development of workplaces. All in all, we should always remember the saying:" The survival of the fittest!"
