保存circRNA-miRNA的结果,另存为一个Excel sheet1并导入Access中重命名为circRNA

然后通过Access数据库构建网络:先导入从Starbase数据库中下载的所有miRNA-mRNA对应关系

将上一步保存的查询1再重新导入到Access并重命名为mRNA

通过上面这个结果,我们可以认为前15个靶基因可能就是该circRNA的内源性竞争性RNA,因为他们彼此共享这么多miRNA,下面就通过这15个基因构建下一步的ceRNA调控网络(当然多选几个也是可以的,示例就只挑这15个)
在mRNA表格中找出之前挑出来的15个基因名对应的miRNA:
创建-查询设计-运行

得到的表查询1如下:
第1列对应的是miR
第2列对应的是之前挑出来的10个基因名

将上面表格中的结果都粘贴到最开始的sheet1中,那么第1列都是miRNA

然后创建Cytoscape的输入文件:
