Why not take a cold shower
In the hot summer, we may prefer a cold shower to hot shower. But in the cold winter, almost everyone choose to a hot shower, which will make us feel comfortable. Maybe you can try to have a cold bath, because it has many advantages.
Improving circulation
When the cold jets travel down your body, the blood floods into the inner organ. After the first 1 or 2 minutes, your body will adapt to that temperature, then the blood return to the skin surface. This process is like a vessel gymnastics, which will enhance vessel elasticity and improve circulation.
Prevent heart diseases
The cold water can improve circulation and the blood reaches throughout the body. The arteries pump out blood better which will help to keep the heart healthy. It also can lower blood pressure and help to clean blocked arteries. So the elastic vessel, the lower blood pressure and the clean vessel help to prevent heart diseases.
Beneficial to skin and hair
The cold water helps to close the pores on the skin and the scalp and thereby prevent the dust getting into the pores. The cold water can keep the hair strong and keep it luster. So the hair will not break easily.
Cleansing the body
The cold water not only clean the outer body, but it also help to cleanse the inner organs. The cold water constracts all the muscle, which will lead the elimination of all the toxins and wastes.
So there are so many advantages, everyone can try to take a cold shower. But there is an exception, when a woman is menstruating, you’d better not take a cold water, because the immune system is weak.
