在PyCharm中安装库

File -- Default Settings
(1) 在搜索栏中搜索 project interpreter；
(2) 在 project interpreter 中选择当前python环境；
(3) 在左下角的底边，点击 “ + ” 添加库；
(4) 勾选并点击 -- install... , 即可安装完毕。
