Good morning readers!
Yesterday I had the exercise overload day. This morning when I woke up, whoa! I had pains all over my body! Especially on my right knee, lower back, my right big toe, etc.

Playing team sports is very different from doing endurance exercises. My body would be more prone to injuries due to sudden moves or wrong posture positions. But at least, after a very relieving warm shower, I crashed into my bed and had a very sound sleep last night. Maybe I will recover before Friday and be ready for the next game with those new Chinese friends. I was received warmly yesterday since I am tall and also could run around the court chasing the ball fast.
Today in the office was like a "rest day". Usually, when we had a rough weekend of physical activities, we would jokingly say, it's OK, we can always rest tomorrow in the office. There is even a phrase for the kind of people that we are: "Weekend Warriors". I could only afford to play hard on weekends. When I don't have to work anymore, hopefully, I still have the energy to become a full time one!
Make it a great day! Cheers!
