Dear Team,

Here is a list of projects that are of priority in our recent and future time.

1. US client designs-high priority! 

If we do well, US clients will work with us again. Now our progress is slow but still OK, so we need keep up the good work!

2. New hires-important.

We'll have two staff leaving in Q2, so we need replacement. If you knows of anybody, please let me know.

3. Marketing media reorganization-not important.

It's messy and takes lots of effort. And we don't use old meda anymore. So the project will be frozen for time being. 

Please notice our decision on priority and arrange your job accordingly.
