使用conda安装包，进程被终止，报出：
The environment is inconsistent, please check the package plan carefully
The following packages are causing the inconsistency:
- defaults/osx-64::dask==0.19.1=py37_0
...
done
Segmentation fault: 11
解决办法参考：The environment is inconsistent, please check the package plan carefully
$ conda activate base
$ conda install anaconda
$ conda update --all
