1、clear清晰简单

说清楚发生的错误，而不是用big-words，吓人的大词汇去告知用户

2:Concise高效明了

简单明了，不啰嗦，最高效地把信息传递给用户。利用金字塔原理，content first design。去掉无意义的标题。

3:useful有作用

利用The call to action (CTA) guides用户的行为召唤原则，柔和行为词语，引导用户解决问题。

每次在设计文案时，根据下面的清单来检查自己的设计。

以用户为先：聚焦用户

清晰简单：内容简明达意

高效明了：有效率，可以一目了然

有作用：引导用户进行下一步操作

品牌意识：设定好你的名牌基调，用一个合适又礼貌的口气和语法
