知识笔记

/ɜː/是单元音中元音,是个长元音，旧版英式音标符号[əː],美式英语对应的音标符号[ɝ]。

发音方法：①舍身平放，舌头中部伸向硬腭，但不要接触硬腭，舌部肌肉紧张

②双唇稍张开，发好这个音关键在于卷舌

③这个音听起来和汉语的“饿”相似，要注意在美国英语中该音后常加上一个r的音，入花儿的儿。

练习感悟

前两天早上都有事情出门，都放在了晚上，依然完成s说的最基本的L0任务，一刻都没有落下，也体会到任何事情在执行过程的酸甜苦辣，以及与自己懒惰斗争过程中的心里变化。今天早上6点起床就开始洗刷，开始新概念，起得早真的可以拥有太多时间，调整自己的作息太重要了
