The best way to express love.

Just now, A friend gave me a good question. What is the best way to express my love to my families? Here are my thoughts about the question. In the past, I thought that material giving and support was the best way to express love. I tried my best to give my parents more money and other materials. I gave my children good food, clothing and housing. I made delicious food for my husband and took good care of his diet and daily life. I think this is the way I love them, but now I have a deeper understanding of the expression of love. The best way to express love is to give our loved ones what they want. Parents need more emotional companionship. Children need us to play games with them wholeheartedly. What the husband needs is spiritual support and understanding.

So I think the best way to express love is to give our families what they need.  If someone  gives me what I want to have, I know he or she loves me,  At least he or she knows me.
