Driving to swim

I slipped in my  silk printed shirt, and put my orange sheepskin  wind coat, slinging a middle sized leather bag which contained my phone and keys and the other trinkets and the things of swimming over my right shoulder, from the shoe cabinet I picked up a pair of comfort sneakers for the elderly I wore for chores and walked out down the stairs, turning left at the entrance of the apartment gate, moving toward my white Ford car. When I got where my car stood, I opened the driver door, putting my shoes on the running board and entered , sitting on the seat with the door  opened, checking all the things ,especially my swimming suit and glasses.

Then I pulled the door shut, making the car started happily. I shift ed in reverse, backed out the park, running down the lane to the main street and turned west toward the gym to swimming pool.
