        This aftenoon, Henry felt hungry and looked all around the apartment for food. After drinking some milk and having some biscuit, he took this book "Hungry Floppy" to share with me. " Floppy must be as hungry as I am." Henry said. "Maybe. But why does Floppy feel hungry? Does he forget to have lunch just like you?" Both of us laughed.

        Henry read this page first, and then he pointed to Kipper." Look, Kipper is covered by the tent." He said. "What is Floppy doing?" I asked. "It's going away. I guess it's going to find some food."Henry explained.

        "Oh, I see. Floppy doesn't have lunch, cuz it takes a long time to put up the tent. Poor Floppy." Henry found out the answer by himself. "Then let's guess what Floppy will do to get food?" I asked. "I have no idea. Maybe it will ask for help from other dogs." Henry got his own idea.

    "Floppy looked around the tents, but he did not get anything to eat. And he was lost." Henry retold the story for me.

      "Did Floppy find food at last?" I asked. " Yes, Floppy found three slices of cakes in a tent, and ate them all. "Henry replied."And he had a  sleep, too." "Then whose tent was that?" I asked. "It's Anneena's tent. Anneena knew Floppy, cuz she was a ftiend of Biff and Kipper." Henry said. "Had Floppy asked Anneena to give him some food before he ate the cake?" I asked Henry. "No. Floppy didn't ask. He stole the cake." He answered."Is it right or not to steal something?" I asked Henry. "It's not right to steal things. If he wants to have some food, he should ask for help."

      Good stories  tell children what to do and what not to do. It's better and more effective than any words we tell them.
