No compare, no pain. I do believe this.

I am sure the idea of not comparing yourself with others is not entirely new to you.

Likely you have heard it dozens or even hundreds of times. I feel mixed emotions with my friends. Comparing yourself to others is one of the easiest ways to feel bad about yourself but I think otherwise, it pushes me to be a better person, to learn and to change harder especially when I'm bored and want to release myself etc. then they motivate me. It's just a way of saying "Hey, guys, look, I'm already good but I'm still striving, learning and working hard, how can you just give up there and do nothing". Sometimes, even if we feel stressed scrolling our moments, there is still a good thing from it-it's how they encourage you to go up.That’s the reason why I do agree “no compare no hurt". I always forget what and how should I learn but when I check my moments or have a brief chat with my friends to check their current state, they inspire me. During that short moment, I may always get new information to remind me to go on.

Recently, I was in trouble with my job. I was confused if this is really for me. What kinds of abilities should I acquire, how can I get the offer or who can help me to enter and so on. I also checked myself, what skills do I already have. I thought of the other people around me, what are their jobs.

After comparing, I knew clearly what my weak point is and how can I overcome that to bring me closer to my goal. So that’s what I understood on “ no compare no pain. “.
