Ant Financial and MoneyGram[蚂蚁金服和速汇金]
背景补充:
速汇金(MoneyGram)(NYSE:MGI),成立于1940年,总部位于美国德克萨斯州,是一家国际快速汇款公司,竞争对手包括西联汇款和Xoom。
2017年1月26日,蚂蚁金服斥资8.8亿美元收购总部设在德克萨斯州的美国汇款服务公司速汇金(MoneyGram)同时将承担速汇金未偿还的债务9.373亿美元。

China’s Ant Financial is forced to abandon a big American acquisition[中国蚂蚁金服被迫放弃美国大公司收购]
“The geopolitical environment has changed considerably since...a yearago[自…一年前,地缘政治环境发生了巨大的变化].” That was the explanation given this week by Alex Holmes, chief executive of MoneyGram International, a Dallas-based American money-transfer firm, for Ant Financial abandoning its $1.2bn deal to buy his firm[这是AH,速汇金国际的执行总裁,对蚂蚁金融放弃以12亿美元收购其公司的解释,速汇金,一家位于达拉斯的美国汇款公司].
